In a statement, NIOSH clarified that it has no affiliation, partnership or official relationship with TL Care Campus. The institute further stated that there are no transactions, agreements or business dealings of any kind between the two parties.
NIOSH noted that the use of its logo by TL Care Campus was unauthorized and could potentially mislead the public into believing that an official connection exists between the institute and the private company.
Accordingly, the institute strongly urged the public to remain vigilant and verify information through NIOSH’s official communication channels before engaging with such advertisements or related activities.
