The event is set to commence at 4:00 PM at Independence Square under the patronage of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
In preparation for the program, the Colombo Traffic Division has implemented a special traffic management plan covering several key routes across the city. According to the advisory, vehicular movement will be restricted from 11:00 AM onwards depending on traffic conditions.
