Three 17-year-old schoolgirls from the Pinnawala–Ellarawa area in Balangoda have been reported missing, according to a complaint lodged with the Balangoda Police.
The three girls are students of a leading school in the Balangoda area.
According to their parents, the girls left their respective homes yesterday (31) to attend a tuition class but did not return home afterwards.
Balangoda Police and the parents have appealed to the public to provide any information regarding the whereabouts of the missing girls.

Balangoda Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
