A highlight of the visit will be the inauguration of the Sampur Solar Power Plant, a significant project carried out with Indian cooperation. Prime Minister Modi will also oversee the virtual launch of the Dambulla Agricultural Storage Complex, a cold storage facility with a capacity of 5,000 metric tons, and a project to install solar panels on the roofs of 5,000 religious places in Sri Lanka, a gift from India.
