The Ministry of Sports will conduct the final selection trial for the Asian Youth Under-21 Netball Championship on Sunday, April 6, at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo, according to sources from the Ministry. The trial will be crucial in selecting the best players to represent Sri Lanka in the prestigious tournament.

The selection process will be overseen by Sri Lanka's netball head coach, Hyacinth Wijesinghe, along with her assistant, P. D. N. Prasad. Both coaches will assess the athletes' skills, fitness, and readiness for the upcoming competition.

The Asian Youth Netball Championship 2025, organized by Netball Asia (NA), is set to take place from June 14-21 in South Korea. The selected team will compete against top teams from across the continent, aiming to secure a strong performance on the international stage.
