This initiative is part of the broader "Clean Sri Lanka" program and has garnered support from local businessmen currently running restaurants. The government plans to expand the program nationwide, with plans to introduce the nutritious meal plan to both government and private restaurants in the near future. This step is expected to contribute to improving the overall health and well-being of the public by providing access to high-quality, affordable food options.
