NWSDB introduced online service for new connections

In an effort to improve service delivery, the NWSDB confirmed that new water connections will be provided within two weeks of submitting a request. However, the board has also revealed that under an ongoing pilot project, some applicants may receive their connections in less than two weeks.

The pilot project, which is currently in operation, is set to expedite the application process. With arrangements already underway, the NWSDB plans to supply water through this system in the coming week. This initiative aims to streamline the process and offer faster access to clean water for households and businesses across the country.
