Police have released additional photographs of the female suspect wanted in connection with the shooting death of organized crime figure Sanjeewa Kumara Samararatne known as Ganemulla Sanjeewa. The fatal incident took place on the morning of February 19 inside the Aluthkade No. 5 Magistrate's Court.

The suspect, identified as Pingpura Devage Ishara Sewwandi, a 25-year-old resident of 243/01, Negombo Road, Jaya Mawatha, Katuwellegama, is believed to have aided and abetted the shooter. Investigators have obtained several recent photographs of the suspect to aid in her identification. Sewwandi holds a National Identity Card (NIC) with the number 995892480V.

The Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) has initiated an extensive investigation into the murder, and authorities are urging the public to come forward with any information regarding the suspect's whereabouts.
