Sri Lanka raises meal prices for MPs in Parliament

The daily meal charge for Members of Parliament) has been raised to Rs. 2,000 according to a recent decision made during a House Committee meeting.
The decision, facilitated by the Speaker of Parliament, was confirmed by House Committee member MP Gamagedara Dissanayake, who spoke on the matter following the meeting.
