Famous YouTuber Sudaththa Thilaksiri - Sudaa faces Contempt of Court Case

A case has been filed in the Court of Appeal against Sri Lankan actor and famous YouTuber Sudaththa Thilaksiri ( Sudaa) on charges of contempt of court.
The case, filed today ( January 17), relates to comments made during a program on Thilaksiri’s YouTube channel, which were alleged to insult the judiciary.
Lawyers acting on behalf of former Minister of Foreign Employment and Labour, Manusha Nanayakkara, initiated the case.
