Sri Lanka Cricket has confirmed a change to the schedule of Australia's upcoming tour of Sri Lanka, with the Australian team now set to play two One Day International (ODI) matches in Colombo after their Test series in Galle.

The two ODIs will take place at the R. Premadasa Stadium on February 12 and 14, following the completion of the two Test matches. Both ODI fixtures are scheduled as day games due to ongoing renovations of the floodlights at the venue.

Originally, the series included one ODI scheduled for February 13 in Hambantota, but Cricket Australia requested the change to play both ODIs in Colombo. The move is part of their preparations for the forthcoming ICC Champions Trophy tournament.

The two Test matches will be held in Galle, with the first match scheduled from January 29 to February 2, and the second from February 6 to 10. Australia’s tour will begin with their arrival in Sri Lanka on January 24.
