The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) has issued a yellow-level landslide alert for Badulla, Kandy, Kurunegala, and Matale districts after rainfall exceeding 75mm was recorded in the past 24 hours.
The alert, effective from 4:00 PM today ( January 14) to 4:00 PM tomorrow ( January 15), urges residents to remain vigilant.
