President Anura Kumara Dissanayake will embark on a state visit to China from January 13 to 17, marking his second foreign trip since assuming office.
During the visit, he is scheduled to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Qiang for high-level discussions.
The visit, announced on December 21, 2024, includes plans for an official tour to China in mid-January following his recent official trip to India and aims to enhance bilateral relations between Sri Lanka and China.
