EC to act Against General Election Candidates failed to Submit Expense Reports

The Election Commission announced plans to provide the Police with a list of candidates who have not submitted their income and expenditure reports since contesting the General Election.
According to the Chairman of the Election Commission, the Police will take legal action against these candidates.
He also confirmed that the names of candidates who have submitted their reports have been displayed at district secretariats and district election offices for public reference.
