CAA to Conduct Festive Season Raids Starting December 15

Asela Bandara, Information Director of the CAA, announced that a special program has been planned to monitor markets for expired products or those with altered labels. 

The raids will focus not only on essential goods but also on items in high demand during the season, such as clothing and electrical appliances.

Consumers with complaints can contact the CAA through its hotline, 1977, for assistance during the festive period.
