Brazilian federal police have recommended charges against former president Jair Bolsonaro for allegedly leading a plot to subvert the will of voters assassinate political rivals and stay in power by military edict following his 2022 electoral defeat according to a senior police official with direct knowledge of a sealed investigatory report finalized by police Thursday.
