He is widely recognized for his successful turnaround of Telecom Fiji Ltd, where he steered the company back to profitability after enduring years of financial challenges. 

His extensive background also includes leadership positions at Dialog Axiata and MTN Networks, where he played key roles in driving strategic and operational successes.
