The Colombo High Court has scheduled a hearing for the case against former Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella and former Chairman of the State Printing Corporation, Jayampathi Bandara Heenkenda, for 29th November. This decision was made today (3rd October) during a session presided over by Judge Sujeewa Nissanka, where Rambukwella was also present.
Both defendants are accused of misappropriating Rs. 230,000 in State Printing Corporation funds to cover Rambukwella's personal telephone bill between March and April 2012, during his tenure as Minister of Mass Media.
