Sri Lanka Police have announced the formation of a special team to reopen investigations into the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks. According to a senior police officer, plans are currently being formulated for this renewed probe.
Minister of Public Security Vijitha Herath, during a press briefing on recent Cabinet decisions, confirmed that steps are being taken to restart the investigations into the tragic incident.
