Who will be Sri Lanka's next President?

According to the EC Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa securing 34% and incumbent President Wickremesinghe trailing at 17.5%, 

No candidate has yet reached the crucial 50% majority. This may trigger a second round of voting, where Preferential Votes will determine the ultimate winner.
