On the occasion of the Prisoner's Day tomorrow 12th September, the President has been granted a special state amnesty to the prisoners in accordance with the powers assigned by Article 34 of the Constitution.
According to the granting of this special state amnesty, about 350 inmates imprisoned for minor offenses are to be released tomorrow.
