All Govt. schools will be closed on 20 September (Friday) due to the Presidential election. Several schools used as polling & counting centres will be closed from 18 to 24 September.
The Ministry of Education has received a formal letter from the Election Commission regarding the closure of schools to facilitate the upcoming presidential election.
The Election Commission has announced that the preparation of counting centers will commence after the Grade 5 scholarship examination.
