The Colombo Security Conclave (CSC), a grouping that includes India and Sri Lanka, on Friday finalised a charter and agreed to set up a permanent secretariat, measures that will facilitate enhanced security cooperation.
The Member States of the Colombo Security Conclave (CSC) Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Maldives, and Mauritius signed the Charter and Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of the CSC Secretariat at the Presidential Secretariat.
