SLFP faction to support Sajith Premadasa in Presidential Election

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) and the faction of the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) led by Dayasiri Jayasekara have announced their decision to support Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa in the upcoming Presidential Election.

The decision marks a pivotal shift in the political landscape, with the SLFP and UPFA faction throwing their weight behind Premadasa, the candidate of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB).
