Asset declarations of top officials including President made public

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) said that the asset declarations of over 100 top officials, including President Ranil Wickremesinghe and the Prime Minister, are now publicly accessible.

The Commission said that declarations of assets and liabilities for officials who submitted their declarations to the 'Central Authority' before July 25, 2024, have been redacted and published in accordance with Section 88(1) of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 9 of 2023, and the protocol list outlined in the Republic of Sri Lanka’s table of precedence.
