Sri Lanka Cricket announces squad for India series

Sports Minister Harin Fernando has approved the 16-member squad for Sri Lanka's upcoming home series against India, with Charith Asalanka appointed as captain. The squad includes key players such as Kusal Janith Perera, Dinesh Chandimal, and Chamindu Wickremesinghe.

The series will commence with a three-match T20I series at the Pallekele Stadium on July 27, 28, and 30, followed by a three-match ODI series scheduled for August 2, 4, and 7 at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
