Two individuals tragically lost their lives in an early morning fire today (03) that engulfed a row of estate houses in Palallegama, Yatiyanthota.
Police said that the victims, a 60-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman, were residing in the first estate house affected by the blaze.
The fire has caused extensive damage to three estate houses, while authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
