President Ranil meets with Sheikh Hasina in New Delhi

President Ranil Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka met with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh in New Delhi earlier today. 

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the swearing-in ceremony of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The President’s Media Division confirmed the meeting, which highlights the ongoing efforts to strengthen regional ties and cooperation among South Asian nations.

Meanwhile, President Wickremesinghe also met with Dr. S. Jaishankar in New Delhi a short while ago.
