A shooting incident in Ahungalla has left one person critically injured and hospitalized.
The victim, identified as 54-year-old Piyal Gamini, was attacked in his garden in the Maradana area by two unidentified individuals who arrived on a motorcycle.
The gunmen shot him multiple times in the stomach before fleeing the scene. The injured person has been admitted to the Balapitiya Base Hospital and is in critical condition.
