Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena joined the third day of the International Bhagwat Gita Festival organized by the Ministry of Buddhasasana Religious and Cultural Affairs and the Indian Cultural Center yesterday (03).
Bhagwat Gita Festival is held annually by the Kurukshetra Development Board of Haryana in India, conducting series of religious events related to the holy book of Hindus.
Ministers Bandula Gunawardena, Vidura Wickramanayake, Member of Parliament Yadamini Gunawardena, Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Santosh Jha and many Indian and Sri Lankan dignitaries joined the occasion.
