Court grants temporary relief to Sarath Fonseka, blocks SJB from removal

The Colombo District Court has granted Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka temporary relief by issuing an enjoining order. 

This order effectively blocks the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) from stripping Fonseka of his party positions. The court's decision came in response to a complaint filed by Fonseka against specific SJB office bearers.

This legal maneuver puts a pause on any attempts to remove Fonseka from his role within the party. The enjoining order is slated to remain in effect until March 4.
