The Maligakanda Magistrate has imposed a foreign travel ban on former Minister of Health Keheliya Rambukwella.
Also, the Magistrate has issued an order for Minister Rambukwella to present himself before the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at 9 a.m. tomorrow (2nd) to provide a statement over the substandard Immunoglobulin scandal.
The CID yesterday summoned Minister Rambukwella to appear before the Criminal Investigation Department to record a statement over the matter.
However, he failed to appear and submitted a written plea requesting the CID to grant him another date to provide a statement.
