President Ranil Wickremesinghe has appointed Harin Fernando as the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs which fell vacant following the removal of Roshan Ranasinghe.
He took oaths as the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs before the President at the Presidential Secretariat a short while ago.
Meanwhile, Pavithra Wanniarachchi was sworn in as the Minister of Irrigation.
These ministerial portfolios fell vacant following the removal of Roshan Ranasinghe.
