A tragic incident in Kolonna claims the life of a 17-year-old boy as a mound of earth collapses onto a house in the Dadayamkanda area.
Police said the incident took place last night and the victim was identified as an Advanced Level (A/L) student at Dorapane Maha Vidyalaya.
Police said that the affected area remains inaccessible due to the earth mound collapse, hampering rescue efforts.
The body of the teenager has been transported to Omalpe Hospital.
