It has been revealed that Nadun Chinthaka, also known as Harak Kata, currently detained at the Criminal Investigation Department on detention orders, made several phone calls to individuals outside the detention facility.
These calls were reportedly placed using a mobile phone belonging to a police constable recently arrested by the Terrorism Investigation Division.
Authorities have initiated a data analysis process to investigate the content and recipients of these calls made from the police constable's mobile phone.
Notably, the police constable in question, who allegedly supported Harak Kata's unsuccessful escape attempt from the CID, remains unaccounted for.
