A 47-year old man was hospitalised after he was shot at while riding a motorcycle at Magawela in Meetiyagoda this morning.
Investigations have revealed that the shooting was carried out by two unknown persons who came on a motorcycle.
Police said the injured person has been admitted to the Balapitiya Hospital for treatment. The injured is a resident of Ambalangoda and Meetiyagoda Police are conducting further investigations.
