A motion put forward by Leader of the Opposition, Sajith Premadasa, to expel MP Ali Sabri Raheem from all Parliamentary Committees has received unanimous approval in the House.
This decision follows MP Raheem's involvement in a gold and smartphone smuggling incident in May of this year.
