State Minister of Education, Aravindh Kumar, has announced that the results of the 2022 Advanced Level (A/L) examination will be released next month. According to the minister, the results are expected to be made available before September 10.
This year, a total of 331,709 candidates took part in the competitive national exam, with 278,196 being school applicants and 53,513 being private applicants. The examination was held from January 23 to February 17.
However, the evaluation process of the answer scripts faced delays due to a trade union action taken by university teachers. Fortunately, this action was called off in early May, allowing the evaluation process to resume.
Students eagerly awaiting their results can anticipate receiving them before September 10.
