The Department of Railways has planned to operate a special train between Polgahawela and Peradeniya for the convenience of passengers, including schoolchildren, following the restoration of normal train services on the Upcountry railway line after Cyclone Ditwah.
Accordingly, the special train is scheduled to commence daily operations from Monday, October 12.
