Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Venerable Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero was produced before the Court of Appeal.
Gnanasara Thero was arrested on outstanding warrants and produced before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court yesterday (04).
The court subsequently ordered that he be remanded in custody until today (05).
Gnanasara Thero was produced before court by officers of the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) when a motion relating to the outstanding warrants was taken up yesterday before the Colombo Additional Magistrate in chambers.
