Brent crude oil prices have fallen below the USD 100 per barrel mark in the global market.
Brent crude was trading close to USD 110 per barrel about a week ago, but has now dropped to below USD 99, according to reports.
Meanwhile, the price of US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude has also fallen below USD 90 per barrel.
WTI crude was trading above USD 105 per barrel a week ago, with foreign media reporting a significant decline from those levels.
