A total of 133 Sri Lankan workers selected for employment in Israel’s construction and infrastructure sectors are scheduled to leave the country tomorrow (September 23), according to the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE).
An awareness programme for the selected workers, along with the distribution of air tickets, was held at the SLBFE auditorium on September 14, 2026.
The programme was held under the patronage of SLBFE Chairman Koshal Wickramasinghe.
