The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has introduced a new WhatsApp hotline, 074 245 3300, for the public to submit written complaints regarding issues related to motor vehicle registration and inconveniences caused by vehicles.
The service, introduced by the Commissioner of Motor Traffic, aims to provide the public with a direct and accessible channel to raise concerns and receive timely responses.
Accordingly, written complaints can be submitted via WhatsApp, including matters concerning delays, irregularities and public disturbances related to vehicle operations.
