Sri Lanka will take on England in the third and final T20 International of their series today (19) in Manchester.

The match is scheduled to begin at 7.00 p.m. Sri Lanka time.

England have already secured the series after winning the first two matches, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead.

Sri Lanka will look to end the series on a winning note after suffering defeats in both previous encounters.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka’s regular ODI and T20I captain Kusal Mendis, who did not feature in the T20I series against England, departed for England yesterday.

Fast bowler Asitha Fernando also travelled with Mendis, with both players expected to join the Sri Lankan squad for the upcoming ODI series against England.
