Colombo Fort Magistrate Pasan Amarasekara today issued notice on the Director of the Colombo National Hospital to appear before court on September 22 and show cause why reports on the medical condition of Suresh Sallay, ordered by the court on September 2, had not been submitted.
The Magistrate also directed the Hospital Director to explain why the medical reports requested by a five-member medical board had not been submitted to the board.
The court order follows the failure to submit the reports within the period directed by court.
