Sri Lanka’s expressways generated an estimated revenue of Rs. 355.84 million between midnight on August 25 and noon on August 30, according to the Road Development Authority.
During the same period, approximately 915,735 vehicles entered the country’s expressway network.
The Director General of the Road Development Authority said the significant vehicle flow during the five-day period contributed to the substantial revenue generated through expressway toll collections.
