Sri Lankan Foreign Affairs Minister Vijitha Herath has expressed his profound sorrow over the devastating floods that have affected Nepal’s Rasuwa District and several other areas.
In a special message, Minister Herath extended his condolences to the families and communities affected by the severe natural disaster.
“My thoughts are with all those affected, especially the families and communities enduring this difficult time,” the Minister said.
He also commended the dedication and courage of the Nepalese authorities and all personnel involved in rescue and relief operations, who continue to work tirelessly to assist those affected by the disaster.
The Minister expressed solidarity with the people of Nepal as the country continues to respond to the widespread flooding and its aftermath.
