All arrangements have been made to conduct tomorrow’s Grade 5 Scholarship Examination at 2,723 examination centres across the country, Commissioner General of Examinations Indika Kumari Liyanage said.
A total of 294,089 students are expected to sit for the examination.
Speaking at a press conference held at the Department of Examinations Mr. Liyanage urged students to arrive at their respective examination centres at least one hour before the examination begins.
Meanwhile, the Disaster Management Centre said that any emergency or disaster-related situation arising during the examination can be reported through the following telephone numbers:

Authorities have urged students, parents and examination officials to remain alert and follow safety instructions in the event of an emergency.
