Both school and private candidates are required to submit their applications individually through the online system.
Candidates can apply via the Department of Examinations’ official website at https://www.doenets.lk by accessing the “Exam Information Centre” under the “Our Services” section, or by visiting the online portal https://onlineexams.gov.lk/eic
According to the Department, candidates who already have user accounts must apply using the same examination index number and National Identity Card (NIC) number provided during the 2025 O/L examination. Candidates without an existing account will be required to register using their NIC number and mobile phone number.
A fee of Rs. 200 will be charged for each subject applied for re-scrutiny. Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or through post offices.
The Department has advised applicants to carefully review all instructions before submitting their applications, noting that only one online application will be accepted from each candidate. Applications submitted without the required payment will not be processed, while fees paid for re-scrutiny applications will not be refunded.
