As part of the historic centenary celebrations of Nalanda College, Colombo, the Nalanda Centenary Sports Excellence Awards was held in a glamorous and memorable ceremony yesterday, honoring generations of outstanding athletes who have brought pride to the school and the nation.

The prestigious event was organized by the Old Nalandians' Sports Club and brought together distinguished guests, former sports stars, alumni, and well-wishers to celebrate a century of sporting excellence.

The Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, Mr. Sunil Kumara Gamage, attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest and commended the invaluable contribution of Nalanda sportsmen and women to Sri Lanka’s sporting landscape.
